Upgrade your plan

Open billing

Go to Settings → Billing and click Change plan.

Select new plan

Select the new plan.

Confirm

Confirm — the upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated to the current billing period.

Downgrade your plan

Open billing

Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan.

Select lower plan

Select a lower plan and confirm.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, not immediately. If you downgrade to a plan with fewer target slots than you currently use, your excess targets are deactivated (not deleted) at the end of the period.

Switch between monthly and annual billing

Annual billing saves approximately 20% versus monthly. Switch from Settings → Billing → Change billing period.

Add an extra target slot

Observability plan only. Extra target slots are not available on Startup. If you need more than one slot on Startup, upgrade to Observability.

Open add-ons

Go to Settings → Billing → Add-ons and click Add target slot.

Confirm

Confirm the $50/mo charge — the slot is available immediately.
Remove extra slots from Settings → Billing → Add-ons → Remove. Removal takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Purchase a cooldown bypass

Open the environment

Go to Tests and click on the environment. The Run scan now button only appears when a cooldown is active.

Confirm

Confirm the $49 one-time purchase.
The bypass triggers a single scan immediately. The regular cooldown restarts after the bypassed scan completes.

Cancel your subscription

Cancel

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription and confirm.
Access continues until the end of the current paid period. After cancellation, your account reverts to Free: 5 PR reviews/hour, public repos only, no live battletest. Your findings history and settings are preserved.

Update your payment method

Update card

Go to Settings → Billing → Payment method and click Update.
If a payment fails, BattleTest retries over 14 days before reverting your account to Free. Update your payment method before the retry period ends to avoid interruption.

Add organisation members

Invite member

Go to Settings → Team and click Invite member.

Enter details

Enter their email address and select a role.
All members of an organisation share the same plan — there’s no per-seat billing.
