Refund Policy
This policy explains BattleTest's additional refund commitments. Paddle is our authorised reseller and merchant of record, so paid transactions, cancellations, and refunds are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the start of your first paid BattleTest subscription. The guarantee applies to the initial charge for either a monthly or annual plan, once per customer or organisation. You do not need to provide a reason, although feedback is welcome.
The request must be submitted within the 14-day period. Once refunded, paid access and unused plan entitlements associated with that transaction end.
Renewals, Upgrades, and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. After the guarantee period, monthly and annual subscription charges, renewals, plan upgrades, and unused time are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved under an exception below.
Access normally continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. A refund may end access earlier. You can cancel from BattleTest billing settings or Paddle's buyer portal.
Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases
Add-ons, usage purchases, and one-time runs are non-refundable once activated, consumed, or scheduled. If you purchase one by mistake and it remains unused, contact us within 48 hours. We will review the request, but approval is not guaranteed unless required by law.
Billing Errors and Service Problems
Contact us promptly if you believe there has been:
- a duplicate or incorrect charge;
- an unauthorised transaction;
- a failure to provide the purchased Service; or
- material and extended unavailability caused by BattleTest.
We and Paddle will review these requests based on the circumstances. Individual scan outcomes, disagreement with a finding, or failure to identify a particular vulnerability do not by themselves qualify for a refund because automated security analysis is probabilistic.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable right you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to products or services that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Where local law or Paddle's applicable buyer terms provide greater protection, that protection controls.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and include the Paddle transaction or invoice number if available. You may also request help through Paddle Buyer Support.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times vary. Please contact us or Paddle before opening a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
