  • Serving real customers Live product, paying or free, but real users depending on it.
  • Under 3 years old Incorporated or founded within the last 3 years.
  • Under 15 employees Including co-founders. Contractors and advisors don't count.
  • Pre-Series A Bootstrapped, pre-seed, or seed. Series A+ companies pay.
  • Primary product is software You're securing your own SaaS, API, or app, not reselling security services.
  • Active development A live app URL or public/private GitHub repo you can share with us.
  • Has a business model You're building something sustainable, not a perpetual MVP.
  • One grant per company No renewals. When your free period ends, you convert or you're done.
