Install or renew a deployment license

1. Open Settings → Deployment → Deployment license. Review the license state and expiry or grace period.
2. Obtain the signed license for the deployment.
3. Follow the card’s installation instructions: supply the token through LICENSE_KEY, or mount a license file and set LICENSE_FILE to its path.
4. Keep the signing verification configuration consistent with the license issuer. Recreate the API and worker after changing environment configuration. Mounted-file changes are detected without rebuilding the image.
5. Return to the license card and confirm it is valid. Review Instance readiness for remaining prerequisites.

Treat the license token as a deployment secret. Supply it through your platform’s secret management. Installing a license does not complete setup; finish first-run configuration separately.
