Connect the docs to your AI tools
The BattleTest documentation is published in the llms.txt format, so AI coding tools can read and cite it directly. Answers about BattleTest come from the current documentation instead of a model’s memory.
The files
Section titled “The files”| File | What it is |
|---|---|
/docs/llms.txt |
An index of the documentation: every page, with its title, description and URL. Small; a good starting point for a tool to decide what to read. |
/docs/llms-full.txt |
The entire documentation as a single Markdown file. Give this to a tool when you want it grounded in everything at once. |
/docs/llms-small.txt |
A trimmed full-text build for smaller context windows. |
Use it
Section titled “Use it”Claude, ChatGPT and other chat tools: paste the URL https://battletest.dev/docs/llms-full.txt into the conversation, or attach it as context, then ask your question. Many clients fetch and read the file automatically.
Cursor, Windsurf and other editors: add https://battletest.dev/docs/llms.txt as a documentation source (in Cursor: Settings → Features → Docs → Add new doc). The editor indexes it and your assistant cites BattleTest docs when relevant.
Your own agents: fetch https://battletest.dev/docs/llms-full.txt and include it in the model’s context. It is plain Markdown with stable headings.
